Winemaking:

Grapes overripen on the vine and then complete
the withering in a dry, fresh and aerate place. Pressing with the screw press, fermentation and maturation for 12 months in barriques of first passage.

Taste and flavour:

Bright straw yellow wine with golden tints, with flavour of dry figs, apricots and honey. Warm aromatic and persistent taste.
