Winemaking:

White vinification in steel tanks and cold fermentation
at controlled temperature. Refermentation in bottle with
Classical Method with addition of selected yeasts.

Taste and flavour:

Straw yellow colour with thin and persistent
perlage. The perfume is typical of crust of bread and the hyacinth.
The taste is elegant with strong but aristocratic nature. Sublime
but not leading acidity. Notes of toasted nut with saline and
creamy end.
