Winemaking:
After destemming and soft pressing, the wort had stayed on skins for 10 days. The racking followed and wine finished the fermentation with selected yests in steel tanks.
Taste and flavour:
intense red ruby colour with dark red background. The perfume calls notes of red fruits. Tobacco and cinnamon sentors. Winy and fruity taste, elegant.
