Sasso Nero


After a soft crushing and destimming of the grapes, the maceration process takes place in steel tanks for 4-6 days with 2 pump overs per day, controlled temperature of 26-28°C. Short refining on dregs in steel tanks. Second slow refermentation in a pressure tank according to Charmat method.

Taste and flavour:

Bright ruby red color of medium intensity. Fresh and fruity flavour with inklings of red fruits. Captivating taste, complete, fresh and intense.
