Soft crushing and destimming of the grapes and separation of the first flower for the draining process. Fermentation in steel tanks at 14°C for about 1 month. Refining on the dregs in steel tank. Second slow fermentation in pressure tank according to Charmat method

Taste and flavour:

Straw yellow color, white flowers and peach Melba fragrance. Fresh and complex taste.
