Taste and flavour

The color is light with elegant pink notes. The perlage is very fine-grained with great persistence. The perfume is elegant and intense, very vertical with hints of rose petals and wild strawberries. The taste is fresh, of good thickness, savory with a rightly acid finish. Notes of small red fruits evident in the intense aftertaste.
